PDF/A files enable editing

PDF/A files enable editing

I have PDF's that complies with the PDF/A standard but I am not getting the toolbar that allows me to enable editing. Is there a way to get that toolbar to appear so I can enable the file for editing?

Look into the File-menu > Preferences > Document Info Bar and make sure that the check-box for PDF/A Document is turned on.
