PDF Editor Keep view static while changing pages SOLVED

Hey is there a way to keep the viewport/window/screen centered on the same area of a pdf combined file across multiple pages? So I want to check a blueprint but I only care about the bottom right corner. Can I zoom in on the bottom right and hit next page and still be zoomed in on the bottom right for the next page as well? Right now it changes my view and takes from the bottom right to the top left.

Try enabling the "Preserve page offset during navigation between pages" option in the Page Display category of the Preferences dialog.
