Chrome Extension Error

When tryin to use the chrome extension which I installed from the play store, I get the following error.

PDF-XChange native part is not installed.

I am not sure what it's asking to install. I also installed the PDF-XChange Printer Lite Free, which I thought is what it was asking for.

Is this option not covered under my current license of the XChange Editior Plus?

That is where I installed it from. I tried removing it and reinstalling it, but I get that same error when either trying to Convert to PDF and/or Click Preferences for the extension.

Hi Craig,

Our browser extension (and its native part) is only included with the Pro and Standard versions of the Editor.
It can still be installed from the Store, as you did, but it will not work.

Would you like to upgrade your product to the Pro or Standard version?

Sorry, I was under the impression that it was included in the XChange Editor Plus option. I do not want to updgrade at this time.
