After drawing a rectangle comment and rotating it, converting it to a polygon or polygon line resets the rotation angle

Post by rakunavi »

Hello all,

After drawing a rectangle comment and rotating it, converting it to a polygon or polygon line (polyline) unintentionally resets the rotation angle. This issue does not occur when converting a polygon or polygon line drawn and rotated into a polygon line or polygon.

In the verification video, the following operations are attempted for both a rectangle comment and a polygon comment:

  1. Draw a comment
  2. Rotate 90 degrees clockwise
  3. Convert to a polygon line comment

This might share the same cause as the issue reported in this topic, but since the observable behavior for users is different, I am reporting it as a new topic just to be sure.

Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.

Best regards,
rakunavi
