[suggestion] Use cookies when creating PDF from webpage

I propose to add to the PDF-XChange Editor the ability to use web browser cookies when using the "Open from URL" function. This way, the editor will not create the document in “anonymous” mode, but using the user’s site settings, which is often preferable to the default web page view. This method is used by most download managers.
