I just bought 3-years PDF-XChange Editor and activated it in the software; however, the pdf file I want to save still showing "Click to Buy Now" on both sides. What do I do now?

you need to write to support@pdf-xchange.com because it is licence related.
It is typically either an inactive license or a feature used the license doesn't cover.
