When Exporting a multi-page PDF file to an image, the Export mode should only be available if the TIF format is selected. It does not apply if PNG or other formats are selected, since these formats do not support multi-page images AFAIK.
Though "All pages" is selected, only the current page is exported, as one would expect. IMO the option "Save each page to a separate single page image file" should be selected automatically if any multiple page Page Range option is selected.
If I select the macro option <File Name><Page Number> and Page Range "All pages" with "Save each page to a separate single page image file" selected for a two page PDF, only one file is produced — filename2.png — and an overwrite file dialogue appears. That is, filename1.png is not being exported at all.
It would perhaps be possible to create a panorama image by joining the pages, but I doubt if that would be of much use to anyone.

Re: Export Multipage Image: Export Mode
Will fix logic of Export dialog. By the way, not only TIFF supports multiply pages, but also GIF, DCX, and JBIG2.
