Notes disappearing every time I export my calendar

Hi all I’ve hit a bit of a snag with PDF‑XChange. Every week I export my calendar from Outlook as a PDF and scribble a few notes on it. Thing is, every time I export a new version, all my notes on the old PDF vanish. I kind of expected at least some of it to stick. I guess it’s just how it works since it’s a fresh file each time, but has anyone found a way to keep annotations week to week? Actually, I started using syncthemcalendars to keep everything synced up across my accounts directly, which helps a bit, but I still like my PDF annotations for quick notes. Is there a trick to "merge" the old notes onto the new export, or am I stuck doing it manually every time?

Any tips would be grand.

Unfortunately since the file is newly created each time you export from outlook there isn't really anything we can offer from that side.

If you are able to export only one week at a time, you could "insert" each week's new pages at the end of the already existing document, instead of recreating every page each time you do so.
In our Editor, the Insert tool is located on the Organize tab.
