We can only help in English here, so I hope that's OK!
If you have files that you had previously tested on - those "DEMO" stamps are permanent part of the affected files, so you would need to "clean" them manually now that you have the valid license.
Just go to Organize -> Watermarks -> Remove All... and that should allow you to get the desired result.
