[javascript FR] get actions assigned to fields, document

Currently the javascript API only has functions to set actions on fields and the document (field.setAction(), doc.setAction(), doc.setPageAction()). This feature request is for a way to also read the currently assigned actions (if there are any).

• Currently, any previously assigned actions just get clobbered by the setAction() method.
• Also, for fields, the only way I can think of to find out if a text field is a date field is to look at the assigned actions on Format and Keypress.
