While moving an endpoint in the Distance Tool, the measurement value in the window updates accordingly, but this does not happen in the Perimeter Tool. (Please refer to the GIF animation below.)
Is this a bug?

=== UPDATE ===================================================================
The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 10.8.3 build 408.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
I'd like to add to TEMPURA's observations.
In the following video, I enabled snapping to a 10 mm grid, kept the Scale Ratio at the default “1 mm = 1 m”, and began testing after drawing an area comment with a width of 100 mm and height of 10 mm using the Area Tool beforehand.
When continuously changing the height as shown in the video, the popup note displayed as a tooltip always reflects the latest measurement value, whereas the dialog in the lower right shows the value from one step earlier.
