"Compare Documents" Filter Results?

Hello.
I frequently use the function to compare two documents. It works very well, but I would like a filtering option. Each page contains a date, and this is always displayed as a change in the results. While this is correct, it exponentially increases the list size and is completely irrelevant for my work. Is there perhaps already a way to influence this?

Unfortunately Date filtering likely wont be possible as the majority of items handled by comparison are base content items, which do not contain placement or editing "date" information.

That said I did notice in testing this that the "find" bar in this menu does not seem to work for locating the actual changes, only the file names. I will be raising this issue to the Dev team for review, so that hopefully in the future, you can use the search here to filter items as desired.
