Stamp size for stamps out of a picture

Hello,
I have created a new stamp out of a png graphic. When inserting it to a document it is so huge, that I can´t adjust the size by dragging it at the corner points.
Is there an opportunity to set the size when creating the stamp?

I believe you can either activate the option "place stamps with the last used size" or edit the actual page size of the stamp by clicking on the other (bigger, single) gear icon in the stamps palette.
