[suggestion] Select Page Region by Polygonal Lasso Tool

Currently, selecting a page area for subsequent OCR is only possible using a rectangle. Because of this, such areas (text wrapping around a picture or text frame) have to be recognized in many pieces instead of one, two, or three passes.

In time the "Select Region" tool will be seeing a "multi-region selection" mode added. While this will not "quite" be the lasso you are looking for (still rectangle based) it will allow you to place multiple adjacent/overlapping areas and perform OCR on them all in a single action.

As always, I do not have an ETA on when that will be available, but it is currently a planned item for the future.
