Can't Snap To Grid

I'm trying to make a basic default template with 1 inch margins. Adding a text box, and the box refuses to snap to the grid.
I've tried the low, med and high threshold. Asking around and I keep getting told about "subdivisions" which exists nowhere in the snapping options.

I'm not sure why adding a text box, I can't get it to snap to the set margins anyway. Why I have to use a grid at all.

Tried holding modifier keys but it won't snap. It just won't do it.

Hello Sean,

NicePDFAlways is likely referring to the snapping behavior when Edit Objects mode is enabled and only one text block is selected. As shown in the video below, for some reason, when only one text block is selected, it does not snap to the grid. However, it does snap to the grid when two text blocks are selected.

Thank you both for the reports - This seems to be similar to a case reported here: viewtopic.php?t=44632
For which we have an open discussion with the Dev team. I will add this thread to that discussion, and update both as soon as I have a ticket for the problem.
