Sticky note not active
I can add a Sticky Note to one document but not to a different one. The document where Sticky Note isn't working is password-protected and about 80 pages, if that makes any difference. It seems likely I'm missing something that's obvious...just not to me. Thanks for your help

Sticky notes are a type of comment object, so if the security in place on the file prevents commenting, it would be expected that the tool is greyed out and unusable.
The only time that tools will be greyed out in our software is when the context of the situation says they should be intentionally unavailable.
