Print problem.Black blocks instead objects

Hello,
I use Viewer for printing long drawings ( 550x3200 mm etc.)
Plotter HP 750C plus
Acrobat Reader can print drawings only 1400mm long.

PDF-XChange Viewer can print longest but some objects(text but not like text..) on one file is printing like black blocks.

PDF is created:
Acrobat Distiller 8.1.0(win)
PScript5.dll ver. 5.2.2
Version PDF: 1.4
Source Catia v5.

The extension jpg is not allowed.
The extension pdf is not allowed.

after minutes > zip OK :)

Solutions is Uncheck "Convert Color to pure black" in Plotter Properties.
