Printing issue

Hello,

In PDF-XChange Editor Plus, when I start a print job, the default settings are strange: it sets the number of copies to 2 by default and forces the print format instead of adapting it to the actual size of the document.

How can I reset this?

I've had a similar issue but 4 copies - this was recently but prior to Version 11.

Hello,

The Editor cannot retain the number of copies between print actions, if this value is not "1", the change is being inherited by your printers own driver properties. Please open the device settings/properites, and ensure that it is set to only print 1 copy itself (note that you may need to check or change this in the windows "printers and scanners" menu, and then restart our software to observe the change).
