pdf-XChange-Printer doesn't work

On a new PC I installed pdf-XChange Pro (11.0).
Then I noticed some strange behavior, deinstalled (11.0) und installed (10.8.5-410).
Now the pdf-XChange-Printer is showing in the Printer-list, but it doesn't work.
When I start a print to pdf with pdf-XChange-Printer nothing happens, but there is no error message.
What can I do?

Thank you for the report, Can I ask you to attempt creating printer Tmp files, by following the steps here, and send them to us for investgation if it is possible: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowledgeba ... -I-do-this

If this process fails (which it might depending on what you mean by "doesnt work"), please let us know, and we can plan a Remote session with one of our developers to directly investigate the issue.

Thank you for the answer. Meanwhile I could resolve the problem:
I had to deinstall pdf-XChange completly, restart the computer and reinstall pdf-XChange 10.8.5-410.
Now the pdf-XChange-printer works well.
