Link an attached video to the PDF

Hi,
I'd like to insert in the pdf file a link to an attached video.
Is it possible? Any suggestions?

An idea from the past: viewtopic.php?p=145512#p145512

In the latest versions of PDF-XChange Editor, you can use an other method: "Add Video" in the Comment-ribbon.
The video will be embedded like a comment/annotation, not as an attachment, but it seems a better solution.
