Bookmarks showing in wrong order

In the bookmarks pane, the chapters aren't showing in correct order. I'd expect them to be in order of page number.

61 through 69 are showing up before 60.1 through 60.8.

Clicking on 60, then scrolling down, the bookmarks pane will show 60 highlighted, soon followed by 60.1, continuing through 60.8, then wrap back up to 61.

The chapters are in the correct page order, but they aren't shown that way in the bookmarks pane.

Bookmarks are manually ordered, you can simply drag/drop them into the desired order if needed. If all bookmarks point to a page location however, you can automate this with the "sort" command on the bookmarks pane:
