[javascript FR] cToolText for app.addMenuItem

It would be great to have the same cToolText option for app.addMenuItem as there is currently for app.addToolButton so that user can get a hint for what the tool does and any options.

I stumbled on a hacky workaround: One can define a toolButton with cToolText, then use the same cName to define a menu item. But it definitely falls into the "hack" category because two tools are not supposed to have the same cName. :twisted:
