Default Page Size Changes After Update

Is there a way to keep the custom print profile and default page the same when updating? When I have updated to the latest version, the default page size changes from 8.5x11 letter to A4. Also, the custom profile and other settings didn't seem to transfer. This also happened before the v11 update.

And it is entirely possible that I am not doing something right.

These settings are normally preserved during updates, so they should not reset unless something unusual is happening in the environment.

To better understand the situation, may I ask which PDF printer driver you have installed?

- PDF‑XChange Lite
- PDF‑XChange Standard

And also what kind of a security software do you have on your computer?

Furthermore, please tell me how do you install the new version of the product, using the built-in Updater or the installer directly?

Thanks for the response. And yes, I thought it was unusual and was not the anticipated behavior. It isn't a big deal - just annoying.

I have PDF-XChange Standard installed.

I only have the default windows defender security software.

And I used the built in updater.

I have an inkling this may have been a side effect of the V11 upgrade. We changes the file and registry paths with this update, which in some users cases failed to be cloned along the way. I presume you have since configured your settings in V11 now? If so, could you please keep an eye on this when you install the next update (11.1.0) when it comes out - and update us here is the issue does reoccur?
