ドキュメントの保存ができなくなる現象

PDFファイル編集中に共有サーバーでほかの人がファイルを開いたり編集すると、先に編集していた方が保存ができなくなる現象がある。
画像のように名前をつけて保存を選択しても有効にならないため、設定画面からドキュメント/ドキュメントの保存➡最後に使用したフォルダがデフォルト設定だが、onedriveなどのcドライブに変更したが、名前をつけて保存ができないまま閉じるため、編集した作業が全部なくなる。

PDFファイルを編集中にそのファイルがが入っているフォルダ名を変更しても同じ現象になる。
これまではだれかが編集中はフォルダ名の変更はできなかったが、数週間前のWindowsアップデートあたりから、作業中でもフォルダ名の変更ができてしまうため、pdfの保存が後回しになるという現象も起きている。

望ましいのは名前をつけて保存できる状態を有効にできること。
手段は他にあれば教えていただきたい。

Thank you for the post, all of our support is offered in english, so I will be writing thus here.

It is expected that when a file is changed, it is not possible to save change it it. We do not create a local "duplicate" of the file which you are working on, we work directly with the target file, as such, when that changes, the original data is no longer present, and the save action cannot proceed as it needs the original file, as it was when it opened, to apply the changes.

You will need to ensure that your users are not working on the same file at the same time - as we do not offer collaboration features at this time.
