Right-Click option to combine PDFs doesn't work on some machines

Some of the machines in our environment are having a new issue with PDFX 11.0.0.0 and 11.0.1.0.

The right-click combine menu option exists, but when you highlight multiple PDFs and click the option, nothing happens.

Things we have tried so far:

Upgrading from 11.0.0.0 to 11.0.1.0

Using the setup utility to register shell extensions

Manually registering shell extensions

Checking for the blocked shell extensions key (doesn't exist)

Reinstalling PDFX 11.0.1.0 and then rebooting after reinstalling.

Opening PDFX 11 in the background and executing the right-click flow when the software is already open.

Unregistering PDFX as the default PDF handler and then reregistering it as the default PDF handler.

This doesn't affect every computer in our environment. All computers affected are Windows computers on Windows 11 both 24H2 and 25H2.

This issue is exclusive to the right-click menu flow. If you open the program and go File > New Document > Combine Files you can add PDFs to merge them there and it works fine.

Yes, this is a known issue, the next release (11.1.0) should come with a fix for this error, so far as I have heard. In the meantime, I can only ask for patience.

I did see there were a couple of known issues, wasn't sure that this was one of them. We can use the flow in the app as a workaround. Across the board we have very few issues with PDFX, so we don't mind a speedbump. This can be marked resolved.
