Clarification on PDF-XChange Editor Licence for PDF Merge

Hello,
I am evaluating PDF-XChange Editor for commercial document assembly.

Please confirm whether the standard/base PDF-XChange Editor licence, excluding Editor Plus and PRO, fully licenses the Combine Files into a Single PDF / merge function so that saved merged PDFs do not receive demo stamps or Protected Feature warnings.

Please also confirm whether this functionality requires Editor Plus or PRO instead.

I only need clarification on the licence tier required for PDF merging/combining.
