Drag and drop insert Word File to PDF, large images are cropped SOLVED

Drag and drop insert Word File to PDF, or to right click "Edit with PDF Xchange Editor" on word file; large images got cropped and displayed incorrectly. Please provide a solution.

This happens on Version 10 and 11 of PDF xchange editor. Thank you.

What version of Word are you currently using?
As on my machine with Office 2019, and the latest Editor build - I can not see any clipping of the original image between the word and PDF files:

I am also testing with a Release Candidate build - so it night have already been fixed compared with the version you can download.

Hello, PDF Xchange is on version 11.0.1.0, MS office Word is on Version 2608 Build 20326.20132, should all be on the latest version.

I figured out that it only happens on pasted image in Word from the Windows snipping tool, if I save the image and insert it in Word the right click "Edit with PDF Xchange Editor" will convert the image in Word properly. So I think it is the Windows snipping tool generated image type that is causing the problem. On previous PDF Xchange version I did not experience this problem.
