Problem setting text colour in typewriter annos

When you use Text Box in PDF Viewer and create text in typewriter, then want to highlight certain parts of the text and change to a different font colour, you can’t use the same the same colour concurrently. You have to change the text to another colour then back to the one you actually want, then repeat this for the next selection of text, and so on.

No such problem here in Build 40.7.

Check your version number from the Help menu, and check for updates.

Will it update from 40.5 to 40.7? I'm 40.5 and Update tells me that there's nothing available.

If update ever stops working, you can always use the Direct Download link and reinstall from that.

yes - it's just that the Update doesn't work for Betas and I didn't know if 40.7 was a full release.

Hi,

Build 2.040.7 does correct the update issues - all - but if you have an earlier release - it may be that the OS you have installed will not allow the udpate (e.g Vista if UAC is on) so a full download is required.

and I would sugegst a full uninstall/reinstall to be 100% sure all is cleared and installed afresh.
