How to move "Options" tab and page indicator from the bottom into the icon-toolbar on the top?

The toolbars can be moved by dragging the ¦ handle on the left. They can be docked at any side of the Window. Make sure you have the latest build — 2.0.40.7

The icons cannot be moved from the Document Options or Launch toolbars to other toolbars. However, you can add the Document Properties, First, Next, Prev, Last page icons to any toolbar. The launch toolbar button is currently only available to use on that toolbar, and the Launch toolbar can only be docked beside the Page Navigation, Page Layout, and Document Options Toolbars.

Any of the Page Layout icons can be put on standard or custom toolbars.

Any reason for this limitation? I'd really like to put the launch toolbar button and the page indicator on my single custom toolbar in order to save one more toolbar row's worth of screen estate.

I would also find this useful. You can put any of the other buttons from the Pages Navigation toolbar on the main toolbar except for the one which shows you what page you are on, and there is no other way apparently of showing that page number. At the moment I have moved the Pages Navigation to the top right of my window - not properly docked so it shows the extra Windows bar over it but does the job, just looks a bit silly. And as it happens covers up the blue advert... But it would be great if I could just merge it with my single toolbar.
