Unknown error for each OCR - Finereader

Hello,

OCR with Finereader activated works for month very well. Since some days I get an "unknown error" and the end of each OCR.
This happens with each document I try.

When I change back to "normal" OCR settings (not Finereader) the OCR works fine.

Could you please tell me what I can check or change that it is working again?
