Toolbars

I used Viewer for a while but stopped because I lost the toolbars and couldn't retrieve them; I also uninstalled it.

Today I bought and installed Xchange 4 Pro and Viewer. I still can't get the toolbars in Viewer. If I right click on a file, "Add Bookmark" still has the "Pro" label.

Any suggestions?

Hi Grant,

firstly - to ensure you have the PRO version functioning in licensed mode :

Please open the PDF-XChange Viewer - go to the Edit Menu -> Preferences -> Registration and ensure the above serial number is also copy/pasted there and all should be well.

With regards the Toolbars - you should be able to right click on the empty toolbar and add the required items.

Also please try to use keys, F8, F9 or F11.
