Aha. How about a new version of PDF-X-Change? ;-)

I'm using 40.7 and theres no update available.

This message is not generated directly in PDF-XChange and we have no control over it (e.g. Text etc) - if you could supply a copy of the file - we will endeavour to correct the issue - best way to send the file ...?

To be honest, it is not the viewer that asks for Adobe Reader, but your document.

More precisley - the JavaScript inside your document.

This script checks if some features are available (in the current example I suspect it is checking for XFA forms which isn't supported for now), and when it detects that the feature isn't supported, it shows the message box suggesting a download of a newer version of Adobe Reader.

XFA support is coming in a future release ...
