Man, what a headache!! I just bought the PDF - xchange Viewer Pro and I still get water marks. I have version 2.0 (build 40.7). All I want to do is print pdf documents. What do I need to do to eliminate the water marks? If I can't get this resolved I'll just have to cancel the purchase.

Have you entered your license key in Preferences, Registration?
IIRC you need PDF-XChange Pro or Tools to print PDF documents, not the viewer.
There are a few previous threads on this too — try a search if that doesn't work for you.

Do you need print PDF files to other printer or print any files to PDF? In first case you need PDF-XChange Viewer and you should get no additional watermerks (many functions including printing are free
). Otherwise you need PDF-XChange (Lite, Standard or Pro Version) - virtual printer driver, so you will be able to create PDF files from any application that support printing. In case of PDF-XChange Pro you will also get licence for PDF Tools and PDF-XChange Viewer Pro, which will allow to modify existing documents. If you bought wrong product you should contact sales@pdf-xchange.com to get help with this.
Also please note that existing demo labels cannot be removed from documents even you will have valid license.

If you purchase the correct product as required and then email upgrades@tracker-software.com - we will refund the item pruchased in error if you send both receipt numbers.

I bought the Version 3 pro version which includes a fully functional viewer - the viewer did produce watermarks when adding in pages:
Remedy offered: Put in registration key - Result: None -
Remedy offered: Download V3 again and install viewer along with pro version - Result: None
Remedy offered: Download latest version pro 4 - download viewer at the same time - Result: None
It appears that there is a major malfunction in the registration process and its giving headaches and does not contribute solutions but costs time and money. I suspect that you have a language version problem that means the thing behaves differently in different language versions. So if it works fine on your end it mustn't on our end.
Don't believe that you have dull users - take them serious.

When version 3 was available - the Viewer was not even a released product and we only released the 'PRO' viewer after Version 4 was released - so neither you or anyone else would have received a free PRO Viewer if they owned Version 3 - unless they purchased PDF-XChange PRO after Jan 1st 2007 - in which case they receive a free upgarde from PDF-XChange PRO version 3 -to Version 4 - which does come with the Viewer PRO !
