Export Annotations

If a PDF has bookmarks, like a TOC, we can't see this bookmarks in the export. We only see the page numbers. But instead the pagenumbers, we want the title of the bookmark.
Is this possible?

In the case I send you, I made some annotations in the document (with bookmarks).
Now, when I summarize the comments of the PDF (which is also included) you can see the pagenumbers of the annotations. But what I want is the name of the bookmarks, because we create this booksmarks at runtime in our application (The names are user specific).

And in the summarized document we als want a few words (like 10 words) per annotation.

If you look at the first annotation on page 2 we want something like this:

Page: 2
[Name of the bookmark of specific page (In this case it called "Dagvaarding"]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
[A few words of the annotation (In this case "Hierbij dagvaard ik u om als verdachte......")

Sorry, but Bookmarks has no relations to Annotations and their export or summarize.
