Any chance there's a save with password command available? Would love to see that implemented just as the OpenDocument command

Sorry, but this function will be not avail - because PDF support a more complex security mechanism. We will add functionality to change document security (including passwords) in one of the future releases (cannot say exactly when, but soon after this will be avail for end-user version of Viewer).
