Evaluation mark does not disappear even after buying license

Hi,
I was using the PDF-Xchange Viewer and added some commenting to the doc. As I wanted to print without the Logo I purchased the full license for PDF-Xchange PRO thinking it will remove the logo from doc.
I have installed and entered the registration code but cannot remove the evaluation logo.

Any prompt help will be very much appreaciated.

Did you try a search? Try searching for "Watermark."

You cannot remove the watermarks embedded when creating a PDF file using an evaluation version - you must recreate the file using a licensed version - afresh - frpm the original source material/file etc !

I am having the same problem, only I have deleted the zip files and Uninstalled ALL the pdf-exchange programs twice now. (Install, print, #@$% Gold Seal, delete zip file, uninstall programs, re-boot... Yes, I saw the post in the FAQ). This is getting a bit tiresome. I will do it again expecting to be told the same, but am I missing some step here?

Did you enter your registration key on Registration page of Viewer's Preferences (Edit -> Preferences, or Ctrl+K shortcut) ?

No, I only found that hint a little while ago, and I have deleted everything again. However, I think I may have ordered the wrong product, the Pro Viewer instead of X-Change Standard. I just sent an e-mail to that effect to 'pdfxview@tracker-software.com'.

My problem started with the description at the top of the page for the viewer: "The PDF-XChange Viewer PRO extends the functionality of our award winning FREE viewer to include additional features and options - essential to anyone creating, entering data to forms or modifying PDF files." The problem is that it doesn't create files.

Can you have someone contact me in this regard?

I am having the same problem. I have contacted the sales department and have not heard from anyone yet. this is stopping my business as I have not been able to email contracts. I am able to create the PDF files but the watermark is still in the corner. HELP :|
