Thanks for making some great software.
Any chance that zooming in and out with the wheel will be supported in future versions? If so please make sure the focus for zooming is the current mouse pointer location as it makes for quick navigation on large pages. Also would like to be able to hold center mouse down to pan, as with the hand tool.
These would both be very helpful for working on larger documents like architectural drawings where the pages are wide and long.
32 open files and still great system performance...

Re: Pan and zoom with wheel
Just found the ctrl+wheel for dynamic zoom, would be nice to have a switch to have the wheel zoom or scroll up/down. For us people coming from cad software that dynamically rotates 3-d parts with the left, pans with the right button and the wheel zooms in and out, it's hard to get out of that zooming habit.
I see where the wheel scrolling up and down for long documents makes sense.
Thanks again for great software,
Jeff

Re: Pan and zoom with wheel
PDF-XChange needs to follow the standard set by Adobe Reader.
Try Shift + scroll to pan sideways when zoomed in.

Re: Pan and zoom with wheel
Control+Wheel does the Dynamic Zoom and the focus is on the mouse pointer, good stuff.
Adobe Reader 9 does have a configuration switch that allows zooming with the wheel... but Adobe reader does not support tabbed files, and it seems to be a memory hog compared to this fine application.
Edit_Preferences_General_Basic Tools_Make Hand tool use mouse-wheel zooming.

I also would like to do Pan and Zoom the "Cad-Way". All modern CAD-Programs do Pan and Zoom with the wheel. And yes it is hard to change habits, but even Acrobat Pro V8 supports this.

Hi konus1,
if you hold the CTRL key down in the Viewer you can use the scroll wheel to zoom as JeffBrower pointed out. What would you like to see? It's not clear to me.
