Printing Issues (PDF w/ both Landscape and Portrait)

I'm sorry, I can't attach the PDF due to privacy. I'll try to create another one with junk data to see if it works however, here is the issue I am seeing.

PDF-XChange Viewer Pro v2.0 build 41.0 RC1

Co-worker has a PDF that the first page is Portait, and the rest are landscape. If we select "Auto-rotate sheets" under "Page Scaling" in the "Print" options, the PDF shows up in the printer queue, however just sits there. If we then close PDF-XChange Viewer, it disappears from the queue, however does not print.

Has anyone seen this?

Dear DClark,

I did create a test file (attached) with first page portrait and the rest landscape and tried to print the first two out of four pages of it. They printed correctly.

To be able to help further we would need some additional information about your computer's settings.
To send the required information please use the "Help->Report a problem..." option in the viewer, best with some description in there as well.

I sent it in. Also, the posted PDF prints perfectly, so it is definitely an issue with the PDF.

Problem is fixed into build 41.1. Workaround for now: print using "Print as Image" option.

We are having this same issue, with a copy of PDF-Exchange downloaded 2 weeks ago. We are using Ricoh Printers and are using their universal PCL printer driver.

Hello Daniel,

Is it happening only with one particular file?
If so it's possible that there is something wrong with this file only, and the "print as image" option might be the easiest solution.
If the problem is reproducible with a large number of files, please attach a zipped sample to this thread and we will have a look.

Also, if the problem is reproducible with a large number of files, please:
1. Update viewer to the latest version
2. If problem is still - send us the Report a Problem (Help->Report a problem) with the attached sample document and enabled 'Include your printer and settings info'.
