cannot get rid of trial icons in corners of pages

cannot get rid of trial icons in corners of pages
i have installed the product and am not able to get rid of the trial icons in the corners of the pages that I am moving to PDF files. Can someont let me know if I am missing a setting or have done something incorrectly. I have validated my serial number on a number of occassions. I cannot create the PDF without the trial icons in the corder
