Unable to view parts of a pdf in Acrobat after saving file

Can any one help with the problem below.

I have just installed the latest version of PDF-EXCHANGE Viewer as I have need to add texts to pdf documents received ready for filing electronically.

I am using the typewriter function to add simply saving the files after adding appropriate text to the document, as the document may subsequently be viewed by many different members of staff I have tested the document by opening the saved file in Acrobat reader, my issue is that when I open it in Reader, sections of the document are no longer visible.

I know the information is still there as I can cut and paste it from the sections it should be into Word or notepad.

I need to establish if this is a problem with the software or my use of it that my evaluation can continue.

Any advice would be appreciated.
