Improving Typewriter Tool
Productivity of the Typewriter tool would be greatly augmented if Ctrl+A (select all) was added as a "Hot Key", a.k.a shortcut key. If necessary remove Superscript. How many people really need that?

Re: Improving Typewriter Tool
There is no need to remove the shortcuts for Superscript/subscript, which on my copy are Control + Shift + Numpad +/- and Control A does indeed select all of the text. I searched for ways to customise these shortcuts, but didn't find it, so I presume that these are the defaults.

Re: Improving Typewriter Tool
Took you at your word as you've always been accurate in the past and undertook further investigation. The problem was both subtle and sinister....and Control A does indeed select all of the text.
Am heavily dependent on XP's utility Sticky Keys. Using it, in all other applications Ctrl-A works with one tap on Control then one tap on A. For reasons that are not self-evident with pdf-Xchange Viewer it takes two taps on Control. Go figure!
Thank you for the heads up.
