We have a few users that experience regular occurrences of "Error saving document to..." and Error [IO Subsystem]: Invalid Access Mode".
There were a few long threads on this error last year when saving to a network drive. Could you tell me what the cause of this error might be in the version 2.0.40.7 and how we might fix this error?
Also. do you post a list of fixes and enhancements for each release?

What product are you using?
The version detailed suugests it is the Viewer or Viewer SDK, but not PDF-XChange Drivers API, so this it not correct forum.
Typically the Viewer will show this error when a document is already open in another program (so it cannot be overwritten).
Also - you may want to update to the latest release (...40.3)
