Error Saving Document in Viewer SDK

We have a few users that experience regular occurrences of "Error saving document to..." and Error [IO Subsystem]: Invalid Access Mode".

There were a few long threads on this error last year when saving to a network drive. Could you tell me what the cause of this error might be in the version 2.0.40.7 and how we might fix this error? We doubt very much that the document was already open. The PDF was in a network folder that only this user would have access to. The folder has full rights and they open and save PDF's to this folder all day long. Unfortunately, a few percent of these PDF's produce this error and any annotations etc. are lost. Are there pther causes for this error other than the PDF already being in use?

Also, do you post a list of fixes and enhancements for each release?

This error can occur when a file cannot be overwritten. Possible reasons:
1. File is already open in another program.
2. File has Read-Only Attribute.
3. File is on read-only media (CD/DVD, network share, avail for reading, etc).

It may be updated a bit later after each release date, but usually not too long.
