Cannot print modified PDF's, only unchanged PDF

Cannot print modified PDF's, only unchanged PDF
Whenever I add Text with the Typewriter tool or ad a stamp to the PDF, all changes are not being printed. Saving changes does work, but what use is it to have it nicely on the screen and the printout ignores all my changes?

When you open the Print Dialogue, select Documents and Markups in the Print Options - Print in the bottom left-hand corner.
