Hi,
PDF-XChangeViewer is absolutely the best. The only important problem I have now is that printing from PDF-XChangeViewer results in printed page solid black. On screen looks correctly. To print I have to use another viewer. The same file printed from other PDF viewers is correctly printed. I was looking at printing parameters that would cause this to happen. No luck. My printer is HP LaserJet 5.
Can someone please point me to the cause of this?

Please could you post such a file (you must 'zip' to attach to a message here)
or use the option : Help -Report a Problem in the Viewer and attach there
Also please confirm you are using the latest build 2.041.3 (from the 'About' Window)
Finally have you tried the print option 'Print as Image'

i found that here by search - i hope there is no other ...
The Problem:
I have such a file ... that looks on the screen correct and its printedt only black ....
print as image is correct too.
I have other pdf file with text (i cant take them here) that have the same problem. So i hope you can help me with this file .. so that i cant print the text files not at image...

Hi Nils8,
when I printed it on my Brother Laser printer it printed the same as it displayed on screen even when not using "Print as Images". Certainly we'll take a closer look at that file, most likely after the week end. Might I ask why "Print As Image" is not an acceptable solution?

for this pdf there is no problem to print it as image - but i have files with no image inside and when i print it as image the text becomes blurred - even at 600 dpi.
I'm sorry, but i cant reproduce this effekt and i can't post other "wrong" pdf (secrets) - so i'm glad that i have "found" this pdf...
I use the PDF Creator (http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator) to produce pdfs. And if i print that wrong pdf to a new pdf file, the error still exists.
If i print this pdf with other pdf viewer, there is no error (but i think it's print as image, beacuse it's blurred).
Other printer: there is no problem with the colourlaserjet from HP CP1515n
In this zip file are 2 pictures: from screen and one of the printed pdf. Its funny, that the circle is over the "black" image... Perhaps this may help you.

We have reviewed again - and I regret that we can find no issue with this file when printing as an image or otherwise - can you clarify if this file is a problem and when (e.g. Printer type) and your specific windows system and whether its 32/64 bit etc.
I am afraid its not 100% clear from your message just when the problem occurs and how to reproduce - many thanks.
