Stamp reoccurring bug?

:( I have read the solution to the Buy stamp appearing on a registered version output but think that this is a clumsy work around that takes about 20 minutes minimum each time. A better solution should be made.
My situation. Installed PDFTools 4 including Viewer and entered proper registration. All works fine. Today view PDF sent to me by third party and it is clear of stamp but I save it and when I reopen it from the saved version it has the stamp. I simply reinstall PDFTools4 and in About register it shows the proper registration yet I still get the stamp. I have to go through the entire uninstall and reinstall process to hopefully fix this. I have other things to do.
Why did this happen? I am not a programmer but I suspect that it is the result of one of my Friday cleanup exercises running CCleaner - AShampoo WinOptimizer and Max Registry Cleaner. One of them is taking out something critical to the stamp appearing. Surely the registration can be better situated to not have this happen. I don't have it happen on other programs so they must not be suseptible. A fix would be nice.
Now to unistall and reintsall. Sigh!

Further to above. I deleted everything PDF TOOLS, etc. using Control Panel and following up with "Your Unistaller 2008" and then re-installed including letting it download again the Viewer (wasted bandwidth?). It never did call for my registration as it clearly retained it on my PC somewhere.
I still have the same problem with the viewer. It puts the stamp on any viewed PDFs that are saved. I don't have time for this so have uninstalled Viewer and installed Foxit for now. No problems with it.
I think Tracker you have a problem here.

can you pelase use the option - Help -> Report a Problme and supply the PDF file and your serial number and we will investigate ASAP.
