New Features in Build 41.4

Added new functionality for UI Customization (color sheme, borders, scroll bars visibility).

There is a typo "sheme" for "scheme" — but where can we find these new UI features for borders and colour schemes?

What is scroll bars visibility? Does that mean we can show/hide scroll bars? How?

On the scroll bars right-click context menu there are options for Top, Bottom, Left Edge and Right Edge. None of these work for me. The other options all work just fine.

Resolved issue with notifications from control.

Looks like it should be "form control."

Please note, it is for ActiveX control, so, you cannot find it into end-user UI.
