add smth. without reference on author

If I add comments or somthing else, the program shows above it an reference on the author.
How can I disable this reference?

You can modify the properties.

how?
I cannot remove my login name in "identity".
if I delete my name in "registration" nothing happens too.

First, select the comment you want to change.
Then, using RMB (Right Mouse Button) or the "properties" button from the tool bar, you can delete the Author's name in the "General" tab.

Or you can add any other name into field "Name" on "Identity" page of Preferences.
