The network administrator installed PDF-XChange Viewer 2.0 (Build 41.1) in a Citrix environment. Now I want to add custom stamps however importing them using "From Image..." option doesn't save it in the collection palette.
Tried to find the equivalent of C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps but don't see any Tracker Software directory.

You need to have permissions to create folders under your C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data folder.

Re: Adding Custom Stamps in Citrix Environment Not Working
Is the C: drive location hardcoded for the Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data folder? I believe due to security reasons, the Citrix administrator has setup the environment to not allow writing to the C: drive. In fact I seen no files on C:.
My goal is to create a common set of custom stamps for all users who will be logging into the Citrix environment which appears to not be setup in a conventional fashion (i.e. no access to C:). I was hoping to copy a PDF that contains the stamps which will be a central database of stamps for all users.

No, C: driver isn't hardcoded. PDF-XChange viewer uses logged user's Application Data folder (folder with ID CSIDL_APPDATA).Is the C: drive location hardcoded for the Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data folder? You can create required set of custom stamps on your separate computer, and than move files from your "C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps" folder into "Stamps" folder which you may need to create in the folder where PDFXCView.exe is located. My goal is to create a common set of custom stamps for all users who will be logging into the Citrix environment which appears to not be setup in a conventional fashion (i.e. no access to C:).
