Not able to view Pay stubs (PDF) in ADP portal Inet Explorer

Using Internet Explore 7, I cannot see the pay statements in our APD portal website. I've tried using the lowest security settings in IE. There in not a option to download first: it presents the PDF on the webpage. I've tried the PDFXCView.exe /RegServer trick: no luck. Add-on is installed, both the ActiveX and PFXviewIEPlugin.dll. It works using Adobe Reader. It works using Firefox with PDF-XChange Viewer plugin.

did you install using the .exe or msi installers?

Also please note operating system and if it is x64 Version - version of IE (x86 or x64).

I tried installion of both the exe and the msi package: same results. I am running Windows XP 32 bit. We are still stumped. The url I going to is https://portal.adp.com/public/index.htm. Unforutnately it requires a user name and password to get in and since it is a payrole site, I was not able to talk anyone into divulging their username and password...

Can I ask if you fully uninstalled and rebooted - and only then installed using the MSI installer ?

We are aware there is an issue with the exe installer - but the MSI installer does seem to have resolved the issue for all installations that have tried it so far...

But like Lazycat says - be sure to use the correct MSI Installer :

Unfortunately it didn't work. I uninstalled any old installations and tried the msi. Still have the same problems.
